Jobgether is seeking a Staff / Tech Lead Software Engineer for OpenCTI, based in the United States and fully remote. You will own the technical relationship with a key external partner, influence architecture, and mentor engineers while delivering high-quality open-source cybersecurity work.

The role combines hands-on coding with architecture, design refinement, and cross-team collaboration across multiple time zones in a remote, async-first environment.

Qualifications

8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Strong hands-on TypeScript, Node.js, React, GraphQL, Elasticsearch, Redis.
Experience with AI-assisted development tools and modern coding practices.

Responsibilities

Own the technical relationship with a key external partner and align on architecture and delivery.
Guide partner engineers on platform architecture, quality, and performance.
Lead design reviews, refinement sessions, and code reviews with internal and partner teams.
Promote engineering best practices, maintainability, and long-term consistency across projects.
