Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Staff, Systems and Infrastructure Engineer in Bentonville, AR to design, implement, and maintain scalable infrastructure solutions supporting critical business operations. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field and 4 years of technology infrastructure engineering experience.
• Option 2: 6 years’ experience in technology infrastructure engineering across compute, storage, network, mobility or virtualization technologies.
• Strong experience in IT infrastructure, Active Directory, cloud-based identity, and access-management adoption.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and hands-on support for enterprise Active Directory services across multi-domain, multi-forest, and hybrid identity environments.
• Contribute to modernization of domain controller infrastructure and automation.
• Develop and maintain automation frameworks, monitoring platforms, and alerting solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Mentor and guide engineers, provide escalation support.
