Job summary
Lockheed Martin Space seeks a highly skilled Systems Engineer, Staff - System Security Engineering (SSE) Integration Portfolio Project Lead, to guide integration activities across FBM Reentry programs. The role focuses on planning, budgeting, and cross-functional coordination to ensure security engineering milestones are met.
You will lead basis of estimate development, long-range roadmaps, and monthly status reporting, working with Navy and internal teams to deliver impactful security solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master’s in engineering or related field is required.
- Experience with earned value management and cost variance reporting preferred.
- Active Secret Clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret; US citizenship required.
Responsibilities
- Lead Basis of Estimate (BOE) development and negotiations with Navy.
- Develop and maintain a long-range roadmap for System Security Engineering across Reentry programs.
- Lead ETC analysis and variance reporting with CAMs for Reentry SSE.
- Coordinate with program leadership to plan and execute SSE scope for current and future programs.
- Collaborate with FBM Cyber and SSE teams to track status and actions.
