Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking a Staff Systems Engineer for the CMC System Design Integration within the FBM program. You will join SEIT to support MSV testing, data collection, and verification activities for Columbia and Dreadnought developments.

You will lead integration, requirements verification, and deployment of hardware schedules, collaborating with internal LM teams, Navy, and DoD partners to ensure mission success and test readiness.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Confluence, Jira and/or other Agile tools and processes.
• Familiarity with MBSE tools and common modeling approaches.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new software tools and applications.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret Security Clearance; US Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Apply Systems Thinking while leading integration, verification, and deployment of hardware schedules to support MSV.
• Perform strategic technical and schedule planning, system integration, verification & validation, risk/cost, and supportability analyses.
• Collaborate with LM Stakeholders within SEIT, Field Engineering, Flight Sciences, SWS Contractor Community, Navy, and DoD Customers to meet missile testing needs.
• Conduct functional/timeline analyses, trades, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to ensure total system solution.
• Develop documentation for CMC system solutions for interfaces to FBM contractors and Customers.
• Coordinate verification activities including analysis, testing and demonstration with internal and external stakeholders.
