Job summary

Lockheed Martin Space is seeking a leader to direct HFE, E3, and RAMT teams, providing technical guidance and ensuring milestones are met. You will coordinate staffing, mentor engineers, and resolve critical issues to keep programs progressing on schedule.

The role requires strong leadership, the ability to manage shifting priorities, and a deep engineering background, with a US security clearance and citizenship as prerequisites.

Qualifications

• Experience with program engineering execution and milestone reviews (e.g., CDR).
• Experience leading teams and/or project management: planning, scheduling, staffing, and stakeholder presentations.
• Demonstrated technical experience in HFE, E3, and/or RAMT engineering.
• Active or current Secret Clearance and US Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the performance of the HFE, E3, and RAMT teams with technical direction and staffing.
• Facilitate follow-through of various HFE, E3, and RAMT tasks.
• Lead resolution of critical issues to maintain program momentum.
• Report to Senior team leaders and program stakeholders.
• Coach, develop, and manage performance for your team.
