Job summary
Northrop Grumman is hiring a Systems Engineer (level 2) or Principal Systems Engineer (level 3) in Utah to support the Sentinel Program. This role involves leadership in systems engineering tasks, developing key engineering artifacts, and ensuring effective coordination between multiple teams.
The successful candidate will require for this full-time position a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar, and must hold an active DoD Secret Clearance. Benefits include medical coverage, PTO, and a competitive salary with potential bonuses.
Qualifications
- Must be a US Citizen with an active DoD Secret Clearance.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience on ICBMs.
- Minimum 2 years of Systems Engineering experience.
- Experience with team leadership/management.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate leadership and communicate effectively.
- Develop system engineering artifacts such as requirement specifications.
- Coordinate between SEIT and integration teams.
- Participate in technical planning and verification.
