Job summary

RTX is seeking a Staff Systems Engineer in Colorado Springs to provide enterprise-wide systems engineering and integration support to an operational government customer within the Intelligence Community. This role requires an active TS/SCI CI Poly clearance and will operate in a SCIF environment with onsite work at Colorado Springs, CO.

Responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and implementing projects from inception through transition, communicating with stakeholders, and guiding system

Qualifications

  • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred).
  • Minimum of 8 years of prior engineering experience or equivalent.
  • Experience with Systems Engineering, including installation, integration and test support.
  • Experience with engineering technical and project management.
  • Experience with internal and external customers in a team environment (Government, Military, SETA, and Contractor).
  • Active and transferable TS/SCI CI Poly security clearance is required; U.S. citizenship is required.

Raytheon is seeking a Staff Systems Engineer, providing enterprise-wide systems engineering and integration support to an operational government customer within the Intelligence Community. This position manages projects or processes with minimal oversight and provides measurable input to new products, processes or standards in operational plans to implement customer integrations and/or objectives. The position works in a SCIF environment with flexible work hours to accommodate work/life balance practices. Location: Colorado Springs, CO

What You Will Do
  • Provides systems engineering and integration support to assess, plan, coordinate, schedule and implement projects from inception through system transition.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
