Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Staff Systems Engineer to lead Network Integration within the Sentinel NSI team in Roy, Utah. The role requires TS clearance and strong MBSE/network design skills, including governance, interfaces, and cross-segment coordination.

You will mentor staff, influence network requirements, and support program reviews across the lifecycle, ensuring scalable, compliant architectures for DoD programs.

Qualifications

• US citizenship with an active Top Secret clearance and SAP access readiness.
• DoD 8570 IAT Level II Security+ or higher.
• 12+ years in design/architecture of network infrastructures with a Bachelor's.
• 10+ years with a Master's or 8+ years with a PhD in related field.
• Experience with model-based systems engineering tools (SysML/UML).
• Strong program execution and cross-IPT collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Network Integration efforts for NSI under Sentinel SEIT.
• Mentor three mid-career integrators and lead network subsets.
• Translate program requirements into network deliverables and interfaces.
• Develop and maintain network governance, standards, and docs.
• Support program reviews, MSIs, and lifecycle activities.
• Collaborate across disciplines to ensure scalable network design.
• Provide technical guidance on DoD network architectures and configs.
