Johnson & Johnson seeks a Staff Systems Engineer for the Orthopaedics organization, based in Boston, MA and Warsaw, IN. You will drive system requirements, risk analysis, and cross‑functional collaboration for robotic and digital surgery platforms.

Lead design strategies, maintain architectures, and support regulatory submissions while mentoring teammates in system engineering methods and best practices.

Formación

• 8+ years of relevant systems engineering experience.
• BS in Systems, Biomedical Engineering, Robotics, or Mechatronics; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience with orthopedic medical device product development and surgical navigation/robotics.
• Knowledge of IEC 60601, ISO 14971, ISO 13485 and 62366; ALM experience with Polarion.

Responsabilidades

• Perform requirements management across multi-disciplined teams.
• Conduct system-level risk analysis in a regulated environment.
• Collaborate on system architectures, interfaces, and verification plans.
• Support regulatory submissions and ensure compliance with medical device standards.
• Coach team on System Engineering methodologies and best practices.
