Job summary

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems in Clearfield, UT seeks a Staff Systems Engineer to support ICBM sustainment. You will join a Systems Engineering and Test team, developing Technical Orders, performing integration, and acting as SME for weapon system concepts.

Occasional travel is required. Required qualifications include a STEM degree with extensive SE experience, active DoD Secret clearance, and ability to obtain TS/SAP.

Qualifications

• US citizen with active DoD Secret clearance at time of application.
• Experience in systems engineering and lab/test environments.
• Experience developing and editing technical procedures for hardware/software.
• Experience leading small multi-disciplinary engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update Technical Orders; integrate and support weapon system function.
• Contribute to SEIT labor estimates and planning training on weapon system topics.
• Collaborate with program leadership to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with standards.
