Northrop Grumman Defense Systems in Clearfield, UT, seeks an ICBM-S Integration & Test Systems Engineering Manager 2 to lead a dedicated SDS Systems Engineering section. The role focuses on technical leadership, project oversight, and strategic staffing for Missiles/Air & Space domains.

The candidate will manage performance, mentor engineers, and coordinate proposals, with responsibilities including budget, staffing, and cross‑campus collaboration. A Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM with 8+ years of related experience or Master's with 6+ years.
• Must be a US Citizen with an active Secret clearance at time of application.
• 5+ years in systems engineering, integration and test.
• Experience as CAM including estimating, planning budget and EAC strategies.

Responsibilities

• Provide project and technical oversight for group activities.
• Lead a diverse team of engineers across missile, air and space domains.
• Own people, processes, and tools to support programs and missions.
• Coordinate with senior mgmt and customers to ensure successful task completion.
