Extreme Networks, Inc. is seeking a Staff Software Systems Engineer to lead complex, customer-facing engagements from discovery through production readiness.

You will architect end-to-end solutions, write production-grade software, and build agents, APIs, and data connectors as needed. You will collaborate with customer teams to understand workflows and constraints, while mentoring engineers and defining reusable patterns for future deployments.

Qualificações

• 8+ years in software development lifecycle including architecture and deployment.
• Strong hands-on software development in multiple languages (Python/Java/Go/TypeScript/C#/C++).
• Experience designing distributed, cloud-based or enterprise software systems.
• Experience working directly with customers or partners in technical engagements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical discovery with customer teams to determine workflows and constraints.
• Own architecture and delivery of complex customer solutions from design to production readiness.
• Write production-quality software, build agents, integrations, and data connectors as required.
• Integrate Extreme's products with customer data sources, APIs, and enterprise systems.
• Provide technical leadership through design reviews, code reviews, and mentoring.
