  • Demonstrated use of AI Assisted tools for debugging, automation, or technical analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Debug and resolve complex issues across firmware, hardware, and system domains
  • Perform performance, power, thermal, and reliability characterization
  • Ensure products meet defined performance, reliability, and compliance requirements

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent practical experience
  • Strong understanding of PCIe and NVMe protocols and system behavior
  • Knowledge of SSD architecture including FTL, NAND management, and controller interaction
  • Experience with lab tools such as oscilloscopes, analyzers, and debug platforms
  • Demonstrated use of AI Assisted tools for debugging, automation, or technical analysis!
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • Experience with SSD development, firmware interaction, or system validation
  • Proficiency in Python, C++, Bash, or similar scripting languages
  • Experience with power and thermal characterization techniques
  • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA and Confluence
Work Location Requirement

This role is full-time onsite and based in Longmont, Colorado. Remote and hybrid work arrangements are not supported for this position

Salary and Compensation

The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is: $146,000.00 - $247,000.00 a year. Additional compensation may include benefits, bonuses and equity. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base pay for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training. The pay scale is subject to change depending on business needs. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
