Key Responsibilities
  • Debug and resolve complex issues across firmware, hardware, and system domains
  • Perform performance, power, thermal, and reliability characterization
  • Ensure products meet defined performance, reliability, and compliance requirements
  • Develop and apply test and characterization methodologies
  • Support DFMEA and design review activities
  • Collaborate effectively with cross‑functional engineering, manufacturing and customer teams
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent practical experience
  • Strong understanding of PCIe and NVMe protocols and system behavior
  • Knowledge of SSD architecture including FTL, NAND management, and controller interaction
  • Experience with lab tools such as oscilloscopes, analyzers, and debug platforms
  • Demonstrated use of AI Assisted tools for debugging, automation, or technical analysis
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • Experience with SSD development, firmware interaction, or system validation
  • Proficiency in Python, C++, Bash, or similar scripting languages
  • Experience with power and thermal characterization techniques
  • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA and Confluence

Work Location Requirement: This role is full‑time onsite and based in Longmont, Colorado. Remote and hybrid work arrangements are not supported for this position.

US base salary range: $146,000.00 – $247,000.00 a year
