Job summary

Impinj is seeking a Staff Solutions Engineer to support the US field sales team, acting as the technical liaison for customers and ecosystem partners. You will help integrate RAIN RFID into customer solutions and collaborate with internal teams to drive enterprise deployments.

The role requires 5+ years in RF applications engineering, strong communication, and willingness to travel 25–50% (including international). Base pay ranges are highlighted with comprehensive benefits for US employees.

Qualifications

5+ years of RF applications engineering or related field serving Enterprise customers.
Strong verbal and written communication with customers and partners.
Ability to translate customer needs into practical, buildable technical solutions.

Responsibilities

Serve as the technical liaison to customers and ecosystem partners.
Collaborate with regional sales to promote Impinj Enterprise products.
Understand customer use cases and develop solution strategies using RAIN RFID.
Provide technical support and training to partners on readers, gateways, and software.
Represent customer requirements to product management and engineering.
Support in-region sales for endpoints and software products.
Develop technical demonstrations and proof-of-concepts for deployments.
Build relationships with Enterprise customers and partners.
