Silver.dev is seeking a Staff Software Engineer for the Users Vertical to lead architectural decisions, own core user services, and drive scalable onboarding and identity systems. You will design high‑performance distributed APIs and resilient integrations while mentoring engineers and aligning with product goals.

The role emphasizes hands‑on leadership, real‑world reliability, and building platforms that scale under concurrent load, with fluency in English and Spanish.

Competenze

• Proven experience as Staff or Principal Engineer designing distributed systems.
• Expert backend with Node.js/NestJS or equivalent high‑performance stack.
• Deep knowledge of REST/gRPC, CQRS, DDD, and caching strategies.
• Strong experience with asynchronous messaging and external integrations.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
