Job summary

the company Technologies is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to join our Traffic team. You will drive technical strategy, lead scalable networking systems, and mentor engineers to improve reliability and performance.

You will collaborate with product and security to shape long-term roadmaps and own design reviews for high-impact projects that scale globally and operate securely by default.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of coding experience in Go, Java, or similar, with concurrent and distributed systems knowledge.
• Proven leadership of complex engineering efforts in network traffic management and cloud orchestration.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and ability to align stakeholders across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of systems that optimize network traffic for global expansion.
• Drive architectural decisions for scalable, reliable projects and write long-term roadmaps.
• Mentor engineers and review designs with a focus on system-level tradeoffs.
• Collaborate with product and security teams to deliver secure, cost-efficient solutions.
