Job summary

Sustainment Technologies Inc. is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to set technical direction and ship fast. You are a hands-on contributor with tech lead responsibilities, owning hard architectural calls, writing production code, and elevating the team’s capabilities.

You will lead major feature design for ABP-based applications, own reliability and observability, and mentor engineers while aligning technical priorities with product and government programs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering, including architecture ownership.
• Proven record of leading technical delivery across a team.
• 5+ years building production systems in C# and ASP.NET Core.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design for major features and own the architecture of ABP-based applications.
• Ship production full-stack code at a high standard including complex problems.
• Own quality end-to-end and raise engineering standards through reviews and mentoring.
• Set and enforce .NET standards in code review and CI/CD pipelines.
• Build secure-by-design systems, including AWS GovCloud and regulated environments.
• Plan and lead .NET and ABP upgrades across services while continuing feature work.
