Qualifications

• 12+ years of professional software development experience across multiple systems.
• Advanced proficiency in .NET Core, React, and cloud-native architectures (AWS).
• Deep experience with system design, distributed systems, and architectural trade-offs.
• Proficiency with databases (SQL and NoSQL), event-driven systems, and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Track record of delivering high-impact technical solutions and influencing direction at team/org level.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with ability to influence without direct authority.
• Experience mentoring engineers and contributing to a strong engineering culture.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design and evolution of core architectural patterns and frameworks across teams.
• Drive technical roadmap development with product and engineering leadership.
