Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field preferred.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 2 years in a senior/lead role.
• Experience designing software within complex or distributed environments.
• Experience across software development and DevOps/infrastructure functions.
• Experience mentoring other developers and leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and architectural direction for complex software applications and distributed systems.
• Design, develop, integrate, and maintain software across the full development lifecycle.
• Lead and mentor software developers and engineers.
• Collaborate with infra, systems, and networking teams to support deployments.
• Translate requirements into architecture, plans and tasks.
• Define deployment approaches, monitoring, and operational procedures.
• Support deployments, environment setup, testing and validation.
• Coordinate activities across distributed teams and tasks.
• Improve monitoring, reliability, and release consistency.
• Participate in reviews, planning, and risk tracking.
• Provide hands-on production support and root cause analysis.
• Promote best practices, documentation, and version control.
• Stay current with development, deployment, and infra technologies.
