You'll establish engineering standards, lead critical initiatives, and mentor teams across domains while prototyping with new tech to accelerate customer value.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 3+ years leading critical projects or teams.
• Deep PostgreSQL expertise incl. partitioning, tuning, backups, replication.
• Proven track record shipping production-grade systems at scale.
• Collaborative, mentoring mindset and growth focus.
• Desire to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Scale the platform to support hyper growth and large customers.
• Drive the technical roadmap with cross-functional teams.
• Set engineering standards: CI/CD, testing, observability.
