Job summary

Fetch is hiring a Senior Data Scientist I to own defined audience or measurement products from framing problems to delivery, supporting Monetization initiatives with third-party data products and first-party user monetization. You will build audiences, measure off-platform outcomes, and iterate to improve models and datasets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or applied analytics in product-driven environments.
• Experience owning an audience, measurement, or data product from question to delivery and business decision.
• Track record of working with product, engineering, and commercial partners and explaining customer needs and contributions.
• Experience building datasets from fragmented or biased sources and assessing validity.
• Strong population inference skills and evaluating generalization to broader populations.

Responsibilities

• Independently own a defined audience or measurement product from framing through delivery.
• Translate advertiser goals and purchase behavior into audience definitions and predictive models.
• Build and validate observational or experimental studies linking ad exposure to purchases.
• Combine diverse data sources into reliable datasets with careful handling of linkage and coverage.
• Design studies and communicate results, limitations, and business value to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales/GTM to pilot and explain product value without overpromising.
