Job summary

You’ll design scalable referral and booking systems, collaborate with product, design, and other engineers, and turn ambiguous problems into durable software.

As a tech lead, you’ll mentor peers, drive architectural decisions, and use AI-assisted tools to accelerate delivery while balancing risk.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software experience.
• Deep understanding of modern application design and API patterns, security, performance, and scaling.
• Experience leading complex projects across teams and aligning decisions with business goals.
• Excellent communication and ability to collaborate with partners and stakeholders.
• Fluency with AI-assisted development tools and ability to balance speed with risk.
