Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in CS or related field plus 5 years of software engineering experience.
• 5 years building backend services in Java with REST APIs and microservices.
• 5 years using JavaScript frameworks (React/Angular) for web UI.
• 5 years HTML/CSS for responsive layouts.
• 5 years implementing real-time updates with WebSocket and JSON.
• 5 years CI/CD (Jenkins, Docker) and deployment processes.
• 5 years working on complex platforms integrating with external systems.
• 5 years Agile collaboration across multi-functional teams.
• 5 years supporting production releases and go-live activities.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve engineering strategy aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with product, quality engineering, operations, and infra teams.
• Lead code/design reviews and enforce engineering standards.
• Mentor engineers and improve onboarding.
• Support production releases and launches, including validation and troubleshooting.
