Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field and 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience building highly scalable, multi‑tier distributed applications with sound architecture.
• Proficiency in backend services using code generation, Golang, PostgreSQL and gRPC.
• Experience building web user interfaces applying UI/UX design principles.
• Proven ability to drive platform reliability, performance, and security via reviews and best practices.
• Experience automating infrastructure, deployments, and on‑call production support.

Responsibilities

• Build full stack distributed systems to support data management and governance for company initiatives.
• Design and deliver scalable multi‑tier services and applications using Golang, PostgreSQL, and gRPC.
• Create web UI components that meet business requirements and user needs.
• Architect and design new features and automate deployment and infrastructure tasks.
• Improve platform reliability, performance, scalability, and security through reviews and standards.
• Collaborate with product management and stakeholders on roadmaps and KPI definitions.
• Mentor and train engineers, and participate in on‑call production support.
