Strive Health is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to define and evolve the platform’s technical strategy. You will be a senior, hands-on contributor tackling complex problems, mentoring teams, and driving scalable, secure solutions in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Nine-plus years of experience in software engineering or related field, with production systems ownership.
• Experience designing scalable cloud-based applications and systems.
• Familiarity with HIPAA, privacy, and security considerations in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical strategy, architecture, and roadmap for core domains within Strive’s platform.
• Design end-to-end solutions for cross-team initiatives from framing to production operation.
• Remain hands-on in code, delivering high-quality, observable software.
• Make architectural tradeoffs balancing scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Develop APIs, data models, integrations, and distributed systems for Strive’s products.
