Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in CS/CE/CIS/Software Eng or related, plus 4 years of software engineering.
- 6 years of software engineering or related experience.
Responsibilities
- Deliver platform capabilities including infrastructure, tooling, and ML frameworks.
- Drive full software development lifecycle activities such as coding, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
- Lead system design reviews to ensure quality, feasibility, and alignment with architectural best practices.
- Build AI-driven applications and integrate ML components to support automation and intelligent features.
- Mentor engineers and influence technical decisions promoting standardization, reusability, and sustainability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex problems into actionable technical requirements and track success metrics.
- Continuously improve engineering processes, tools, and code quality through feedback and innovation.
