Qualifications

• Lead full SDLC: coding, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Apply cloud-native principles for scalable, resilient systems.
• Lead design reviews to ensure architecture alignment.
• Build AI-driven apps integrating ML components.
• Mentor engineers and influence technical decisions.
• Translate user needs into technical requirements.
• Use data-driven metrics to measure success.
• Promote continuous improvement and engineering excellence.
