Job summary

JLL is hiring a Staff Software Engineer to join the MarTech Engineering Team in the United States. You will build production AI agents that support campaigns, content, ABM, and performance tasks, embedding with marketing SMEs and delivering robust, scalable solutions.

You will own the lifecycle from rapid prototyping to production-grade agents, integrating with CRM/CMS/DAM and data pipelines, while ensuring brand and factual grounding in a large real estate platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of software engineering in production systems, with API integrations across enterprise tools.
• Hands-on with modern LLM APIs, prompt engineering, tool calls and context management.

Responsibilities

• Embed with marketing SMEs to build agents that operate in production.
• Build and operate AI agents that draft content, configure campaigns, monitor performance, and optimize.
• Define reusable primitives and Skills Library for agents.
• Own reliability, observability, and cost efficiency of LLM-powered workflows in production.
• Design multi-agent orchestration patterns and escalation flows.
