Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Staff Software Engineer for the MarTech Engineering Team. You will embed with marketing SMEs to design and ship production AI agents that handle campaigns, content, social, ABM, and performance tasks.

You’ll build and operate production marketing AI agents with strong emphasis on reliability and brand-grounded outputs. The role requires 5+ years in software engineering, hands-on work with LLM APIs, and experience designing multi-agent systems.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years of software engineering experience in production systems.
• Experience with enterprise APIs (CRMs, CMSes, DAMs, ad platforms, marketing automation tools, analytics).
• Hands-on with modern LLM APIs, prompt engineering, tool use and context engineering.

Responsibilities

• Embed with marketing SMEs to design and ship production AI agents.
• Build and operate production marketing AI agents that reason over regional context and brand guidelines.
• Design reusable primitives: Domain Skills Library and composable LLM workflows.
• Build integrations against marketing systems (CMS, DAM, CRM, marketing tools).
• Own reliability, observability, and cost efficiency of LLM workflows in production.
