12+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Experience leading technically complex software features, subsystems, or projects.
BSCE/BSCS/BSEE or equivalent; MS preferred.

Responsibilities

Analyze requirements to develop software for laser-based material processing systems.
Design, implement, test, and maintain software within machine control architectures.
Serve as technical lead for projects, drive decisions, and coordinate engineering work.
Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through reviews, troubleshooting, and guidance.
Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, controls, and applications engineers for integrated solutions.
Support software integration, testing, and commissioning on machine builds.
