Access Healthcare seeks a Staff Software Engineer to lead the design, development, and optimization of enterprise software supporting healthcare Revenue Cycle Management. You will architect scalable, secure, and high-performing applications that improve automation, data integrity, and client outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CS, software engineering, IT, or related field.
8+ years of software engineering experience in enterprise applications.
Experience leading technical projects as a senior engineer or staff engineer.
Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale software for RCM.
Lead architecture discussions; establish design best practices.
Mentor engineers; conduct code reviews and drive technical excellence.
Build APIs, microservices, and cloud-native solutions.
Ensure HIPAA/HITRUST compliance and data security.
