Flex is hiring a Staff Software Engineer to lead MarTech initiatives, owning marketing web experiences, APIs, and data pipelines. You will work across Lifecycle Marketing, Performance Marketing, Brand, and Product Marketing to drive growth through measurable campaigns.

You will design scalable systems on AWS using Java, Spring Boot, TypeScript, and React, coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver features and experiments for web and mobile platforms.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience with Java.
• 3+ years of experience with TypeScript.
• 3+ years of experience with React (or React Native).
• Experience with Spring, Gradle, JUnit, and JVM performance tuning.
• Experience with REST APIs, event-driven design, and scalable architectures.
• Experience with AWS (EKS, Aurora, ElastiCache, DynamoDB) and containerization.
• CI/CD tooling and observability (GitHub Actions, DataDog).

Responsabilités

• Build and own full-stack marketing services and web experiences.
• Design and develop high-scale APIs, event-driven services, and data pipelines.
• Integrate third-party ad, analytics, and messaging platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing, data, product, design, and engineering teams to launch features and experiments across web and mobile.
