Job summary

Flex, a NYC headquartered FinTech, is hiring a Senior Staff Software Engineer for Partner Integrations. You will lead the technical roadmap across APIs, SDKs, and web experiences, coordinating with cross-functional teams to align delivery with business goals.

You will be hands-on, own critical integrations with external partners and drive scalable architectures on AWS, focusing on ROI and high-quality delivery in a fast-paced environment. This role is remote with flexible hybrid options.

Qualifications

Bachelor or above degree in Computer Science or related field.
10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3 years in technical leadership.
Experience building integrations with external partners & managing relationships with external stakeholders.
Experience working with AWS cloud-based applications.

Responsibilities

Oversee the technical roadmap for Partner Integrations, across APIs, SDKs, and web experiences.
Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Design, Infrastructure, Sales, and Customer Success to align delivery with business goals.
Be hands-on and contribute code while guiding the team toward scalable, high-quality solutions.
Lead delivery of multiple integration projects end-to-end, on time and with strong ROI.
