Quo is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to lead the AI Agent Platform team, owning architecture for creating and running agents, and shaping how customers experience AI in Quo. You’ll contribute significant code and set the technical direction from day one.

You’ll mentor engineers, tackle long-running orchestration tasks and stay current with LLMs, agent tooling, and platform design. This role is foundational to our growing AI platform.

Competenze

• Experience building backend of a product with many users.
• Shipped LLM-powered systems to production, ideally an agent platform or orchestration layer.
• Strong in TypeScript/Node or willing to ramp up quickly.
• High autonomy and ability to drive initiatives end-to-end.

Mansioni

• Own the architecture of the agent platform and execution engine.
• Build advanced orchestration for multi-subagent workflows.
• Design memory and self-learning from customer feedback.
• Scale performance, reliability and cost of agent execution.
• Create approachable platform docs, defaults and pairing.
