Job summary

Synopsys Inc. is seeking an experienced software professional to own a production application used by hardware and prototyping teams. You will manage the full stack, from frontend React interfaces to Node.js services, build pipelines, and deployment workflows.

You will diagnose issues across UI, APIs, databases, and environments, align with hardware teams, and drive features end-to-end while enhancing system reliability and maintainability.

Qualifications

• Own complex software product end to end, from architecture to production support.
• Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js in real production environments.
• Navigate and debug a codebase across frontend, backend, databases, scripts, and OS without guided onboarding.
• Linux troubleshooting skills: CLI, processes, filesystems, networking, SSH, system debugging.
• Experience with hardware integrations is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the full technical stack for a production application used by hardware and prototyping teams, including React frontend, Node.js backend, build pipelines, release packaging, and deployment workflows.
• Trace and resolve issues spanning UI, APIs, backend services, scripts, databases, and environments.
• Drive feature development from requirements through design, implementation, testing, packaging, and production release.
• Diagnose customer issues involving remote scanning, hardware communication, configuration errors, and multi-system dependencies.
• Coordinate with hardware, systems, and engineering teams to clarify requirements and priorities.
• Improve reliability by documenting, building repeatable processes, and creating automated tests.
• Make architectural decisions balancing immediate needs with long-term maintainability.
