Job summary

Motion Recruitment is seeking a Senior Full‑Stack Engineer to own the manufacturing side of an in‑house platform, built with TypeScript, Node.js, NestJS, and React on Azure. This is a true peer seat on a two‑person senior team, with real ownership and production deployments.

You will own a full product surface from frontend to backend, integrating two enterprise customers while migrating from a legacy system through 2027.

Qualifications

• 6–12 years of experience building full‑stack web applications.
• Full‑stack authorship in TypeScript on Node.js with React or close equivalent.
• Relational data modeling and migrations beyond ORM defaults.
• Production ownership: deployed, monitored, and on‑call for live systems.
• Integrations with third‑party APIs and file‑based feeds.
• Hands‑on AI tooling beyond off‑the‑shelf use and verifying AI output.
• Strong code review skills and ability to specify work clearly for others.
• Clear communication with non‑technical audiences, including executives and operators.
