Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Set and execute technical strategy aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with product management, design, and analytics for sustainable technical solutions.
• Define and promote operational processes and technical solutions.
• Ensure team operations, monitoring, and on-call readiness.
• Establish and uphold quality and ownership standards through code reviews and technical leadership.
• Mentor team members, providing feedback and leading by example.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in backend systems using Python, Kotlin, AWS, MySQL, Kubernetes.
• Experience developing web applications with React or Vue.
• Ability to deliver major features and deprecate functionalities with clear technical plans.
• Comfort in working across system levels, from low-level code to architecture.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration.
• Relevant practical experience or a related Bachelor's degree.
