Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate scalable cloud-native applications powering Walmart's transportation platform.
• Serve as a hands-on technical leader by writing production code and driving architectural decisions.
• Contribute across the full technology stack with roughly 60% backend and 40% frontend responsibilities.
• Build distributed systems, APIs, event-driven services, and modern user experiences.
• Leverage AI-native and agentic development tools to accelerate software delivery while upholding quality and security.
• Mentor engineers, lead technical design reviews, and promote engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver scalable, business-critical solutions.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
