Their focus on reliability, performance, and best engineering practices ensures robust, maintainable solutions aligned with organizational goals.

What you'll do
  • Act as a technical lead to design, develop, and deliver multiple business- or technology-driven projects with small to medium-sized teams, supporting new functionalities and user experiences.
  • Play a pivotal role in shaping architectural decisions, championing scalable, secure, and efficient solutions to meet current and future needs.
  • Design and build robust RESTful APIs and microservices using Java and Spring Boot, ensuring high performance, maintainability, and developer ergonomics.
  • Architect and implement real-time data engineering pipelines leveraging Apache Kafka, PySpark, and Apache Airflow for end-to-end streaming and batch data workflows.
  • Lead cloud-native development on GCP, utilizing Big Query for large-scale data warehousing, analytics, and ML feature engineering.
  • Design data and feature pipelines that power intelligent, data-driven product experiences.
  • Build, deploy, and operate AI agent frameworks and MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers, enabling scalable agentic automation across engineering and business workflows.
  • Guide software engineers in building and delivering secure REST services using Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Kafka, Kubernetes, Maven, and cloud technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners including Product, Business, and Operations to understand requirements and deliver high-quality software products.
  • Drive proof-of-concepts and validate ideas through prototypes leveraging emerging AI and data technologies.

  • Build AI-driven applications integrating ML components and intelligent automation features.
  • Lead platform engineering efforts to deliver scalable, cloud-native infrastructure and reusable tooling supporting AI/ML frameworks.
  • Drive the full software development lifecycle across multiple teams, ensuring high availability, fault tolerance, and real-time data processing.

  • Expert-level proficiency in Spring Boot and Spring MVC for building production‑grade REST APIs and microservices at scale.
  • Proven hands‑on experience architecting and implementing Apache Kafka event‑streaming solutions for high‑throughput, real‑time data processing.
  • Strong working experience with GCP services and cloud‑native patterns, including compute, storage, and managed data services.

  • Demonstrated expertise building data engineering pipelines using PySpark and orchestrating workflows with Apache Airflow.
  • Experience designing, building, and deploying AI agents and MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers for intelligent automation and LLM‑integrated workflows.
  • 10+ years of experience building complex distributed systems, microservices, and event‑driven architectures optimized for real‑time data processing and AI/ML integration.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Java, SQL and NoSQL databases, distributed caching, and container technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
  • Strong ownership of code quality — extensive unittest coverage, code reviews, and CI/CD best practices.
  • Familiarity with modern front‑end build pipelines and tools.
