The Global Governance Tech team delivers advanced Ethics and Compliance solutions supporting supply chain initiatives through agile, cloud‑native development. The team emphasizes innovation, quality, and scalable software aligned with business objectives. Members collaborate to design, develop, and maintain solutions across in‑store, mobile, and web platforms. The team values strong technical expertise, ownership, and problem‑solving skills within a dynamic environment. What you’ll do
  • Lead platform level execution of software and AI/ML systems, ensuring alignment with domain priorities and roadmap milestones.

  • Drive full software development lifecycle across multiple teams, promoting DevOps architecture and continuous improvement.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 5 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
  • Option 2: 7 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
  • 2 years’ supervisory experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 3 years' experience in software engineering or related area.
