The Senior Software Engineer will lead the delivery of scoped features and software components through collaborative teams, ensuring alignment with platform and business objectives. This role involves designing, developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality, scalable software solutions while integrating AI/ML capabilities. The position requires strong technical judgment, continuous improvement, and effective communication with stakeholders to translate complex problems into actionable solutions. The engineer will also support DevOps practices, mentor peers, and contribute to innovation initiatives, driving excellence in software development and operational performance within a dynamic environment.

The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $234,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
