Job summary

Tightknit is hiring its first Founding Engineer to help build a Slack-integrated platform. You will own end-to-end architecture, shape product direction, and work directly with the CTO to define the future of how communities engage through Tightknit.

This staff-level role requires 5+ years as a full-time full-stack engineer, strong backend fundamentals, and experience delivering enterprise products; startup exposure is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a full-time full-stack engineer with backend focus
• Strong backend engineering fundamentals and production systems design
• Experience in early-stage startups or with founders is strongly preferred
• Enterprise product delivery experience is a plus
