Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Staff Software Engineer, Program Structure & Trust to design and evolve the foundational architecture supporting enterprise customers with complex needs. You will lead multi-quarter initiatives and partner with leadership to deliver incremental value while shaping long-term solutions.

The role is remote for US-based candidates only, with a compensation range of $150,000 to $180,000 annually.

Qualifications

10+ years of backend engineering in product-focused environments.
Proven track record leading multi-quarter technical initiatives.
Experience designing platform abstractions for enterprise needs.
Familiar with tenancy models and RBAC.
Strong cross-functional communication skills.

Responsibilities

Own the design and phased delivery of the company's enterprise organizational model.
Define and evolve core abstractions for diverse enterprise requirements.
Retrofit a live production system toward a multi-tenant organization structure.
Deliver meaningful customer value each quarter while progressing toward full solutions.
Drive execution across squads through technical clarity and credibility.
Partner with leadership to translate long-term vision into deliverable work.
Set technical standards and model engineering excellence for the group.
