Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience delivering enterprise solutions in a large-scale distributed software design environment.
• 5+ years of Java development experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise cloud initiatives and cloud computing technologies.
• 5+ years of designing and developing modern microservices and cost-effective APIs.
• 3+ years of experience working on CI/CD Pipeline automation.
• 3+ years of experience working in an Agile-based development environment.
• 2+ years of Agentic AI / Generative AI experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement efficient and scalable solutions meeting business requirements and quality standards.
• Contribute to solution design and architecture discussions with architects and senior engineers.
• Provide input on feasibility, performance, and scalability to ensure objectives are met.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards and quality guidelines.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure alignment and decision-making transparency.
• Foster adoption of best practices and new technologies to improve productivity and code quality.
• Engage in knowledge sharing through code reviews, tech talks, and workshops.
• Collaborate with other developers to implement features and enhance existing functionality.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
