Snap Inc. is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to join the Delivery Platform team. You will help build the next generation ads formats, backend infrastructure, and scalable systems to deliver more clicks and conversions for advertisers.

You will work across teams to interpret product requirements, evaluate trade-offs, and implement robust solutions that improve performance and reliability. You will provide technical direction for the entire company, mentor engineers, and drive best practices in

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as computer science, mathematics, statistics or equivalent years of experience.
• 9+ years of post‑Bachelor’s software development experience; or a Master’s degree + 8+ years; or a PhD + 5+ years.
• 1+ year of experience in technical leadership/ownership and setting technical direction for engineering projects.

Responsabilidades

• Build the next generation ads formats and backend infrastructure to deliver more clicks and value for advertisers.
• Work end-to-end across ads product ideas, format ideas, or infrastructure experimentation and optimization.
