H-E-B Digital is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to provide technical leadership across the Cost & Pricing portfolio. You will influence architecture, modernization, and delivery outcomes, partnering with managers and product leads to drive strategy and scalable solutions.

You will mentor engineers, define standards, and guide cross-team decisions to support Cost Optimization and Pricing modernization initiatives, delivering high-impact, enterprise-scale software solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher in Computer Science or related field.
• 7+ years of software development experience with modern stacks.
• Experience leading architecture and modernization efforts across services.
