Qualifications

• 8+ years in software engineering with 3+ years in staff or senior roles.
• Proven leadership of complex, cross-functional projects.
• Strong Node.js-based web app experience (Nest.js).
• Extensive AWS experience (Lambda, Fargate, ECS, EKS).
• Deep knowledge of MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB.
• Ability to balance technical execution with timelines and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and rapid iteration.
• Excellent collaboration and communication across teams.
