Job summary

HCVT is building a new Azure cloud platform to support a multi-year modernization program. This Staff Software Engineer will lead application engineering, architect and code new solutions, and modernize legacy apps onto the platform.

You will set technical direction, establish reusable patterns, and raise the engineering bar as the team grows. The role centers on C#/.NET on Azure with cross-cloud awareness.

Qualifications

• 10+ years building and operating production applications and services with architecture ownership and cross-functional delivery leadership.
• Experience architecting multi-tenant applications with data isolation and strong identity/auth capabilities.
• Experience delivering through CI/CD and automated quality/security gates.

Responsibilities

• Own the target-state architecture for the new platform and set reusable patterns.
• Lead multi-tenant design and secure isolation for external clients and internal users.
• Define and enforce integration patterns and anti-corruption layers with third-party platforms.
