The role requires strong Java, cloud, and microservices experience, plus CI/CD and Agile practices. You’ll mentor juniors, contribute to architecture, and work across teams in a fast‑moving digital environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 7+ years in enterprise solution delivery in large-scale environments.
• 5+ years Java development and cloud initiatives.
• 5+ years designing microservices and APIs.
• 3+ years CI/CD automation and Agile development.
• 2+ years in Generative AI/Agentic AI.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable software solutions meeting business needs.
• Contribute to architecture discussions with architects and senior engineers.
• Provide input on performance, feasibility, and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews and enforce coding standards.
• Mentor junior developers and promote knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality features.
